Frequently Asked Questions
How long is each session?
Each session lasts one hour and is entirely tailored to the individual. During this time, we address multiple aspects of the body and nervous system in a detailed and structured way, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized assessment and treatment process.
How is this different from traditional physiotherapy?
My approach differs from conventional physiotherapy because it goes beyond treating isolated symptoms or focusing solely on the site of pain. Instead, I assess the body as an integrated system, exploring the interaction between the nervous system, sensory input, visceral function, movement, tissue response and stress control.
How many sessions do I need?
My approach follows a structured program of five sessions, designed to help your body reset, regulate, and function better. These initial sessions allow us to understand your body in depth and address the root causes of your symptoms step by step.
After completing the five sessions, ongoing maintenance sessions may be recommended based on your individual needs. This helps support long-term results, prevent symptoms from returning, and keep your body balanced and resilient over time.
Who is this method for?
5. My methodology is suitable for both adults, pregnant, and children presenting with chronic pain and inflammatory conditions, nervous system dysregulation, digestive disorders, or somatic symptoms influenced by emotional or stress-related processes.
Using a gentle, individualized, and evidence-informed approach, treatment is adapted to each stage of life and clinical presentation, with the goal of improving regulation, function, and overall quality of life in a safe and supportive way.
